How much space is needed for the photo booth?
Ideally, a total space of approximately 3m² is required to accommodate the booth, the prop table and the wish book table. Remember, you will also have guests lining up to use it!
Do you stay with the booth?
We usually have two staff members managing the booth depending on the event’s expected numbers. This includes a booth operator to ensure that your guests are set up and ready to take the best possible photos and a second to handle the photo output, wish book, technical issues and to ensure that the complete service runs smoothly so you and your guests get the most fun out of it. You don’t only hire a booth from us, you hire a complete service.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
A deposit of €100 is usually taken. This may vary depending on the total package cost.
What camera do you use in the booth?
A high end professional DSLR camera is used, resulting in sharp quality pictures.
Can we have colour or black & white prints?
Yes, you can choose to have colour or black & white prints.
Can our guests view the images after the event?
You can share the images by circulating the photo sharing link and password we will send you. We may also use some of the selected photos online, for example on our website and/or our social media profiles. Images of your younger guests will never be posted without your written consent.
Which areas of Cyprus do you cover?
We cover the whole of Cyprus - Paphos, Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia and Ammochostos districts.
What are the venue requirements?
The photo booth requires very little. Basically, a power supply is required and it must also be positioned on a flat and even surface. If it is forecast to rain or strong winds are expected, the photo booth will need to be under cover.
How long does it take to set up the booth?
It takes approximately 1 hour to set up and test the booth prior to the event commencement and 30 minutes to pack up.
Do we get a digital copy of the pictures taken in the booth?
Yes, we use a password protected photo sharing website where you can view, download, or share your digital images.
What printer do you use in the booth?
We use a thermal dye sublimation printer, the same as the photo processing companies use. The prints are fast and touch dry immediately.
How does the guest/wish book work?
We print enough copies of the photos so that each guest in the booth at any given time gets one each and there is also one for your guest/wish book. We can supply a book and pens. We actively encourage your guests to leave messages next to their pictures. We will ensure that the book is completed to a high standard and we hand deliver it to you at the end of the event.
Are the booths suitable for all ages & events?
Yes! From young children to grandparents and even great-grandparents, the photo booth experience can be enjoyed by guests of all ages. Photo booths provide hours of entertainment during any event, bringing people together to have some real fun!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
You will be required to pay a deposit to secure your booking. The minimum deposit amount is €100, however it varies dependent on the package you have booked. The balance is due 60 days before your event. If the event is within 60 days of booking, the full amount will be payable at time of booking.
